Hotel Iris - Mission Valley-San Diego Zoo-Seaworld, San Diego

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to everything I needed, but the room experience was a bit of a hassle with cleanliness issues and maintenance issues. The service was a mix of helpfulness and rudeness, which made the overall experience a bit inconsistent. The dining options were good, but some improvements could enhance the experience. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.

Our stay at the hotel was a complete letdown. The room was infested with roaches, and the staff didn't address our concerns about cleanliness or amenities. The location was convenient, but the lack of basic essentials and upkeep ruined our experience. We won't be returning.
